If you are absent, I will assign you a country. This is an assignment, which will count in the 40% category. As per the criteria sheet, you have ten days to make this up, if the absence is LEGAL; after that time the assignment is worth 50 points.

This move is made by Panamanian authorities because of supposed pressure from Italy.
